The Platform provides advisory services for the benefit of selected and registered CSOs on the Platform.

Depending on the method of provision, consulting services include 3 types of consultations:

  • consultation via online chat;
  • consultation via telephone call; And
  • consultation through a personal meeting with a consultant.

Consultation via online chat is provided in two forms:

  • in any form;
  • in a structured form that contains the name, number and date of adoption of the regulatory legal act referred to by the consultant, relevant provisions, articles, parts, paragraphs from this act, the consultant’s response and additional practical information, if available and necessary.

Consultation via telephone call and/or personal meeting is provided through booking available time slots on the Platform for such consultations. The platform provides 5 (five) consultations per day.

It is important to understand that consulting services do not imply detailed responses from consultants, representation in government agencies, courts, or drafting of legal documents.

Consultation is provided in a concise format that allows you to:

  • get a short answer to the question asked;
  • learn the algorithm of actions necessary to solve the legal problem that has arisen;
  • receive recommendations, in particular practical ones, to understand the full picture;
